All services are non-refundable. Brides of India Matrimony facilitates matchmaking services only and does not guarantee marriage or successful matches. Therefore, no refunds will be provided once payment has been made.

4. Membership Types

4.2 Premium Package

Includes profile assistance, matchmaking, shortlisting, WhatsApp support, and a dedicated Assistant Manager.

4.3 Elite Package

Includes comprehensive matchmaking services, relationship management, profile handling by a dedicated Relationship Manager, and premium support services.

5. Service Availability & Response Time

5.1 Working Hours

Customer support is available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). Queries received outside working hours may be responded to through WhatsApp, and response times may vary.

6. Deactivation of Membership

6.1 Membership Deactivation

Members may deactivate their membership at any time by contacting our support team or using the available account settings.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

7.1 Policy Updates
